For many years, I have been exploring practices that help us live with more awareness and compassion. Through meditation, retreat, study, movement, and somatic inquiry, I continue to investigate how we can become free from suffering and open to new ways of being in this world and with each other.

Learning to recognize habitual patterns, soften fixed ways of perceiving, and open ourselves to the unknown. From this place, new possibilities for healing, creativity, connection, and freedom can emerge.
This work belongs not only to formal practice, but to daily life — how we move, listen, speak, relate, and meet the world moment by moment.

This mind of ours is already still and peaceful. Beneath the waves of thought and sensation, it has always been free and unmoving. Through the discipline of the body and the training of mindfulness, we do not create peace — we uncover it. Practice is simply the remembering of what has always been here.
